Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. You have 3 days to return an item from the date of order delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds may take [7] business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies. Please note that the timing of when the refund is reflected on your account may vary. All refunds do not include coins used or vouchers used to purchase your order.
